Healthy Lawn is a family oriented company that began in 1998 and has grown at a rate of thirty (30%) percent a year to become one of the most successful lawn care companies in the area. We offer a full palette of lawn care services and have assembled a highly motivated and skilled team of professionals to perform this work.

Field Applicators/Representatives:
We have opportunities for Field Applicators/Representatives who will be responsible for:

• Service delivery to clients and maintaining the highest standards of customer
  service.

• Selling our programs and services primarily to corporate and residential clients.

High School Diploma or GED required.

We prefer experience in the lawn care field, but, will train the right person for the position.

The candidate selected will:

• Possess a valid NYS Drivers License.

• Have the ability to follow instructions and work in a non supervised environment.

• Must be organized with time management skills.

• Possess a good attitude.

• Must be self-motivated with a desire to learn new skills and advance.

• The ability to communicate affectively with different personalities and be courteous and level headed at all times.

• Must be neat and orderly in appearance.

This is a people oriented position that requires courtesy and the ability to communicate with the customer in order to answer their questions and concerns and provide total satisfaction.

Applicant must be neat in appearance with good attitude and a desire for advancement in customer service.

Compensation discussed at interview and is commensurate with experience.

For those applicants that are chosen with no experience and will require training it is important to note that we reward those who give maximum effort and take the time to study and learn our methods. Your training would be hands on and provided by the owner of this company and from the beginning you will be treated as one of the team, one of the Healthy Lawn family, not just a number or the new person. Advancement and earnings can come rapidly if you simply apply yourself.
